Monmouth Gymnastics is excited to now offer music classes for children ages 3 to 5 years old for Summer 2026!

Small-group sessions led on Wednesday mornings from 10:00-11:00 am by Brenda Limaldi, children will explore a variety of thoughtfully curated experiences in music, art, & mindfulness.

Our music lessons are inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach—a child-led, process-based philosophy—children will explore & create. Focus is on creativity, expression, & discovery, celebrating the process rather than final product. Each class is designed to feel calm, engaging, & responsive in the moment.

The classes will be held at our newly renovated location: 300 Campus Drive, Suites B & C, Morganville, NJ.

A typical session includes:

•Arrival & gentle welcome

•Music & movement exploration

•Open-ended art experience

•Closing circle & reflection.

Brenda is a retired early childhood music specialist with over 30 years of experience. With a BA in Music Education & a MA in Early Childhood Education. Brenda spent 25 years teaching music to Prek-5th. She believes the arts—especially music, movement, & open-ended creative experiences—are powerful for practicing mindfulness, supporting children in being present in the moment, and nurturing social-emotional development.
