All birthday party attendees must complete our participation waiver.
Option A – Complete medical waiver online before arriving
Option B – Complete medical waiver via kiosk located on site at Monmouth Gymnastics
No child or parent will be permitted on the gym floor without a signed participation waiver

Frequently Asked Questions
Will parents/non participants be allowed out on the party floor?
Parents are not permitted out into the gym area during our birthday parties. Parents may observe from the designated party room areas. The ONLY parents that will be allowed out into the gym are as follows:
- Parents of the Birthday child
- 1 parent per special needs child
- 1 parent per any child age 2 or under if they are participating
All children who step out into the gym will be expected to follow instructions & participate.
NO PARENT IS PERMITTED ON ANY PIECE OF GYM EQUIPMENT AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY REASON.
All NON participants & parents will stay in the party lobby areas at all times. NO EXCEPTIONS
Is there open gym play during the party?
Our parties are age appropriately set up, organized & structured. Our instructors are well trained & will lead the party from start to finish. We do not allow open play during any of our birthday parties.
How early can I arrive for my party?
10-15 minutes is plenty of time!
What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
Our $200 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you wish to reschedule your party there will be a $50 rescheduling fee. We will reschedule your party for the next available day/time slot. Please be advised our parties book far out in advanced so your new date will be based off of what we have available.
Does your party package include adults?
No it does not. You are paying for each child participant only.
What should I bring?
You will be responsible for bringing beverages for adults & supplying food for adult guests. We are able to add on food from Carlos Pizza for your adults (our chosen pizza vendor) or you may bring in your choice of outside food. You will supply the birthday cake, cupcakes or dessert of your choice. We will cut and serve your dessert! We do NOT supply balloons. You are welcome to bring balloons, decorations and a piniata. Please communicate with our staff what you will be bringing if it requires any additional assistance from our staff that day.
